head Zeppole Fryer, Giuzeppole(Joseph) has over 20 years of experience in the zeppole industry. Joseph trained in some of the world's finest festivals before deciding to strike out on his own with the original Zeppole Trailer. HIs passion for food is evident in every dish his creates, and his loves nothing more than seeing the joy on her customers' faces.
