At the original Zeppole Trailer, we believe that food should be more than just fuel for the body - it should be an experience. That's why we ONLY USE IMPORTED ITALIAN DOUBLE ZERO FLOUR(Polselli Brand) and we cook in organic coconut oil, the World's healthiest donut "ITS THE FERRARI OF DONUTS!" From the way we source our ingredients to the way we serve our zeppole, we strive to create a culinary experience that will leave a lasting experience.
Our Chefs
Our head Zeppole Fryer, Giuzeppole(Joseph) has over 20 years of experience in the zeppole industry. Joseph trained in some of the world's finest festivals before deciding to strike out on his own with the original Zeppole Trailer. HIs passion for food is evident in every dish his creates, and his loves nothing more than seeing the joy on her customers' faces.
